About FBB 2025

6th International Symposium on the Frontiers of Biotechnology and Bioengineering (FBB 2025) will be held in Hong Kong, China during July 26-27, 2025. Participate in FBB 2025, and see the latest research and integration in the fields of biotechnology and bioengineering.
 
FBB series conference aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results on all aspects of biotechnology and bioengineering. It also provides a platform for academic scientists, researchers and research scholars, doctors, doctoral students and related professionals to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of biotechnology and bioengineering. All authors and participants are kindly encouraged to contribute to and help shape the conference through submissions of their research abstracts, papers and posters.

Call for Papers 

All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. The discussion topics and submission topics of  Bioinformatics, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences are as follows. Topics include but are not limited to the following:

Blue biotechnology 
- most used for the industries of refining and combustion principally on the production of bio-oils with photosynthetic micro-algae.

Green biotechnology
- applied to agricultural processes, microorganisms to clean and reduce waste.

Red biotechnology 
- used in the medical and pharmaceutical industries and health preservation, vaccines and antibiotics, regenerative therapies, creation of artificial organs and new diagnostics of diseases. etc.

White biotechnology 
- applied to industrial processes, consume less in resources than traditional processes.

Yellow biotechnology 
- used in food production, for example in making wine, cheese, and beer by fermentation.

Gray biotechnology 
- dedicated to environmental applications, and focused on the maintenance of biodiversity and the remotion of pollutants.

Brown biotechnology 
- related to the management of arid lands and deserts.

Dark biotechnology 
- associated with bioterrorism or biological weapons and biowarfare which uses microorganisms, and toxins to cause diseases and death in humans, livestock and crops.

Submission Guidelines for Authors

1. Language

All submissions must be written in English.

2. Presentation & Publication

1-page abstract-only papers will be included from the presentation sessions, but excluded from the proceedings. Only full accepted papers will be published in the proceedings.

3. Article Length

The minimum number of pages per paper is 4 pages for all contributions.
The maximum number of pages per paper is 30 pages for keynote speakers.
The maximum number of pages per paper is 24 pages for regular contributions.

4. Academic Integrity

Authors have a responsibility to present work that is truly their own. Cheating and plagiarizing the work of others are serious offenses that undermine the spirit of truth in all areas of research. FBB is utterly intolerant of plagiarism. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results / techniques on which they depend or build.

Please do not alter the formatting and style layouts which have been set up in the template document.

The file format could be in MS Word or PDF files. Email your paper to FBBconf@163.com.

Publication & Indexation

All accepted papers of FBB 2025 will be published in Conference Proceedings by Darcy & Roy Press. Accepted papers which meet the Conference requirements will submitted to the CPCI, CNKI, ResearchGate, Semantic Scholar, Google, CrossRef, Scilit for Indexing & Abstracting.
