 About ESPS 2026 

Welcome to the official website of 6th International Conference on Education, Sport and Psychological Studies (ESPS 2026). ESPS 2026 will be held in Hong Kong, China during November 29-30, 2026.

The aim of the conference is to provide an interactive platform for the academicians, R & D organizations, industries, innovators, entrepreneurs, government agencies and policy-makers etc., from both China and abroad to exchange ideas on recent researches and advances in the domain of Education, Sport and Psychological Studies with its prospective application in the various interdisciplinary domains of engineering. This two-day conference is being organized in technical association with Research Center of Engineering and Science and will include invited keynote talks and oral paper presentations from both academia and industry to ignite our young minds, to initiate them in the field of meaningful research and thereby enrich their existing knowledge.

All accepted papers from ESPS 2026 and the press will be published in Conference Proceedings, which will be submitted for indexing in CNKI, CPCI, Harvard Library, Crossref, ResearchGate, Scilit, Google, Mendeley, OpenAlex, etc.

 Submission 

1. Paper structure

Papers should be prepared in the following order:
Introduction: to explain the background work, the practical applications and the nature and purpose of the paper.
Body: to contain the primary message, with clear lines of thought and validation of the techniques described.
Conclusion
Acknowledgements (when appropriate)
References
Appendices (when appropriate)
Section headings: should be left justified, with the first letter capitalised and numbered consecutively, starting with the Introduction.

2. Language

English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English.

3. Presentation & Publication (Full paper)

Full paper is requested, if you are also considering publishing your paper.

4. Oral Presentation Only (Abstract)

If you just want to make an oral presentation during ESPS without paper publication, then you can only submit an abstract.

5. Academic Ethics

Articles submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:

1). Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
2). Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).
3). Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
4). Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist”.

6. Paper Length Limit

The minimum number of pages per paper is 4 pages for all contributions.
The maximum number of pages per paper is 28 pages for keynote speakers.
The maximum number of pages per paper is 26 pages for regular contributions.
For accepted papers, one registration covers 4-6 pages including tables, figures and references, and additional pages will be charged at 50 USD/Page or 200 RMB/Page.
